WE ASSURE YOU THAT:
Each filter manufactured by TAMFINEY and placed on the market is free from any material and manufacturing defects, and if used for the purpose specified by the manufacturer of the engine, motor vehicle and equipment using the filter, all parameters and performance are retained throughout its service life.
If any defect in the TAMFINEY filter is disclosed during installation or during the service life foreseen by the manufacturer of the engine, motor vehicle or any other equipment using the filter, we guarantee that the defective filter will be replaced by a product free from any such defect.
We promise to compensate for any reasonable expenses, such as labor cost and the cost of replacing defective parts caused by the failure of TAMFINEY filter. We are not liable for potential profits, revenues or other losses.
This guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper installation and use of filters, a lack of maintenance, wrong application, an outside event (including but not limited to electrical shock, impact, flooding, fire or other natural disaster), or normal wear and tear. nor damage or defects caused by the use of filters in racing cars or in engines not modified by the manufacturer.
Customer simply notifies us to commence an inbound claim process including:
Reason they believe the filter was the cause of the failure
Send us the potentially defective filter for testing in our lab
Copies of all the invoices associated with vehicle repairs and/or replacement of the filter
Customer receives test report outlining the results, our conclusions, and course of action
Claims may include, but are not limited to:
- Replacement oil filter
- Engine oil
- Spark plugs
- Engine repair
