Filter Base
Filter base, also called filter bracket, is strong, durable die-cast aluminum head. Filter base is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and a channel for fuel flow is formed between the inlet and outlet, and the filter tank is arranged in the channel. In this way, the fuel in the oil tank will first enter the base from inlet, pass the filter, and finally flow out of the outlet to the corresponding pipeline.
Filters clean fuel and oil before it reaches the vehicle, helping to prevent premature parts wear and to keep engines running at maximum efficiency. Or the fuel filters can’t install into the engine directly.The more functions are:
1. Protect and encase fuel filters, protect vulnerable components from contamination issues. Effective engine fuel filter brackets save both time and money long-term by avoiding unnecessary complications within an engine component.
2. Help cool down the fuel,oil or hydraulic oil that enters the engine. 3. Offer you easy access to your filter element. This is important, because filter elements require regular replacing. By having a base that offers ready and easy access to the filter element, filter changes should be a breeze!
4. The size of the filter base determines the type of filter element that can be used with it. the larger the base, the bigger the filter element it needs, The less the pressure drop. Bigger filter elements, generally offer longer filtration services. The thread must match with the filters or the filter can’t install on steadily.

Oil filter base, is the bracket for oil filter. Oil filter bracket can fix the oil filter and assure the filter have a high filtering performance.
Fuel filter base, is the bracket for fuel filter. Fuel filter bracket can fix the fuel filter. We also have double fuel filter heads which are conducive to saving installation space and installing two filter tanks at the same time. It allow the installation of primary fuel filters and secondary fuel filters.

The head gasket provides a seal between the head and the engine block.It is a gasket for the separates the cylinder head and the block. It separates the coolant passages, cylinders and oil passages.
