Panel Air Filter
Panel Air Filter, is molded on the filter element with soft porous sponge polyurethane soft sealing gasket, which has strong adsorption capacity. Through the linear path of the filter, low air flow limit can be realized. It is an integral, molded polyurethane end cap wrapped with filter media and lining. Support the screen with a mesh molded in place with component paper (if applicable).
This car air filter has the advantages of paper dry air filter, but its mechanical strength is low, so it has been widely used in automobile engine. Polyurethane can also play a sealing role. The disadvantage is short service life and unreliable operation in harsh environment.
Polypropylene injection molding air filter
Polypropylene injection molding air filter, also known as melt blown filter element, is a filter material made of non-toxic and tasteless polypropylene by heating, melting, spraying, stretching and receiving. The polypropylene filter element has a deep filtering structure with uniform pore diameter, sparse outside and dense inside, and has high filtering efficiency, acid and alkali resistance and other excellent characteristics. It can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the liquid.
Non woven air filter
Non woven air filter, environmental protection air filter, is a new generation of environmental protection materials, with the characteristics of waterproof, breathable, flexible, non combustion supporting, non-toxic, non stimulating, rich color, etc.
If the non-woven fabric is placed outdoors to decompose naturally, the service life is only 90 days at most. If you put it indoors, it will break down in five years. It is non-toxic, tasteless, free of any residual substances, does not pollute the environment, and is suitable for washing.
Round air filter
Round air filter, iron plastic cover air filter, including shell, filter element arranged in shell, upper end cover and lower end cover arranged at both sides of shell axial direction and connected with shell. Mesh screen on inner wall diameter, used for element strength and medium fire protection. The connection between the upper end cover and the lower end cover and the shell is respectively provided with a sealing ring. The sealing ring is a polyurethane sealing ring which is stuck on the upper and lower covers with special equipment.
Working Principle

Media
The dry air filter car’s paper is made of microporous filter paper treated with resin. The filter paper is porous, loose and folded. It has certain mechanical strength and water resistance. It has the advantages of high filtering efficiency, simple structure, light weight, low cost and convenient maintenance. It is the most widely used air filter for automobile.
Traditional Filter paper: hardwood and softwood. Hardwood has smaller diameter fibers, which are better at removing small particles, and softwood has larger fibers that remove larger particles. If we wanted to change the performance, we would change the mix from hard to softwood so air flowed easier. This media is cheap. Many automotive filters manufacturers choose this for lower the cost.

Non Woven Fabric, It is composed of directional or random fibers. It is called cloth because of its appearance and some properties. The non-woven fabric is moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light, non combustion supporting, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non irritant, rich in color, low in price and recyclable.
Sponge, The air filter car’s filtering effect of sponge is poor. If you want to improve the filtering effect, you need to increase the thickness, which is proportional to the air resistance, so the filter paper is more suitable for air filtration. However, the sponge has good water resistance, can be reused, low maintenance cost, and little change in air resistance during a maintenance week.

FAQ
You should change the filter at a 12,000-mile interval. It’s the standard. However, keep in mind that it depends on the roads and surrounding environment where you are driving. For example, if you notice that the emissions from your exhaust have changed, and your car is spewing much dirtier, smokier exhaust than before, it may be time to think about getting an engine air filter change.
If you have a really well built engine that pulls a lot of air and has a fairly small filter then maybe. Usually we install on or two filters reference to the car manufacturer. If need you also can replace for shorter time.
1.Check whether the air filter is blocked or wet. If the air filter is blocked, it will cause excessive air inlet resistance of the engine, and there will be oil backflow in the air inlet of the engine.
2. Also, your car does not have a supercharger. If you have a supercharger, you need to check the working condition of the supercharger. The sealing failure of the supercharger will cause oil leakage, and the air filtercar will also have oil.
3. The poor sealing of the valve oil seal will also cause the oil to flow out of the air inlet. The air filter will also have oil. It is necessary to check the oil consumption to measure. If the amount of oil added is too large in one oil change cycle (the interval mileage or time between oil changes), it is necessary to check the valve.
4.It is necessary to check the amount of oil in the oil pan. If you add more oil, it will cause too much pressure in the crankcase, and it will also cause oil in the air inlet and even in the air filter. Only discharge the excess oil and add it to the standard range.
Once the vehicle is started, the engine will surely be flooded. The intake water of the air filter will increase the intake water content of the engine, which will lead to the insufficient fuel combustion of the vehicle
If the air filter is too dirty, it will cause poor engine operation, excessive fuel consumption and damage to the engine, etc. during the inspection of the air filter, if it is found that there is less dust and light blockage, it can be blown out from the inside to the outside with high-pressure air and used continuously. Replace the dirty air filter in time.
If the air filter element is broken, the air filter will not be able to effectively filter the suspended particles in the air. If it is light, it will accelerate the wear of the cylinder, piston and piston ring. If it is serious, it will cause cylinder strain and shorten the service life of the engine.
